Our paper in Biological Cybernetics explores a control strategy for adaptive deep brain stimulation, in collaboration with Jaderson G. Polli, Marcos G. E. da Luz and Patrick Lanusse.

Using a computational model of the STN–GPe network, we investigate how compensating for circuit delays can suppress beta oscillations through stimulation of both targets. The results are from simulations and provide a basis for studying future closed-loop stimulation strategies.
